They served us extremely fast and were very on top of it. The outside patio area has heaters galore so you don't have to be worried about being cold outside. Love the vibe in there. “ The Cotton Bottom is somewhat of an institution. It has been in the same location for years, but received a facelift about 15 years ago. The outdoor seating is lovely. It is primarily a bar, the menu is limited, but quite good. Be sure to try the garlic burger that is what they are famous for. I like that they have you get your own water so that way I'm never thirsty. ”

It's a great place to catch the last days of summer. There was also live music. You can't go wrong with a garlic burger. Go reconnect w an old friend, if you haven't been for a while. ”

“ I finally tried the infamous Cotton Bottom garlic burger! The burgers are not like any other burger you've had. The "bun" is French bread style, the burger is smashed and heaping, and the garlic is surprisingly subtle. This place is a dive, so don't go expecting the red carpet rollout. But if you're okay with no frills & a very simple menu, than you'll love The Cottom Bottom. The staff was a bit rough-around-the-edges but that didn't bother us. The prices seem a bit steep for such a simple menu but the burgers are very filling so ultimately you're getting the bang for your buck. As an Utah classic, I feel like everyone should try The Cotton Bottom at least once. It's a right of passage! ”

“ Fantastic dinner on the patio with great friends!!! Can't go wrong with a cold Bud Light, or two.... Had the ham and cheese sandwich, minus the cheese and fries!! Absolutely delicious!!! Service was excellent!! On a nostalgic note: this was my first time here and it's been on my "bucket list" for quite a while!! As a kid I grew up in the area, long before it was called Cottonwood Heights and long before 1-80 was built. Couldn't understand why the "Bugs Bunny" restaurant wasn't for kids back then?! “ Came here post hike for lunch! I didn't realize this cute shack/bar had two different places of seating, oh and best part! It's dog friendly!! The burgers are definitely unique as I never had this type of bread with it? lol but I thought it was delicious after a hike! The fries I think were one of the BEST fresh fries I've ate! Good spot to bring your pups, have a cold beer and a quick bite to eat. ”

“ My only regret is that I didn't buy another for later. It could've been that I worked up a bit of an appetite after a day on the mountain or it could've been that I should've have shared mine. That said, it's a cool dove spot, with a tasty burger and fries and a pool table. IDs are checked and it can get a bit crowded. During my visit, tables turned over pretty quickly and there were also a few seats at the bar. I also tried the chili. If you like beans over beef, it's a home run. ”
